This antique round French basin is made of a hard limestone and is larger in size. It has wonderful character on the surface with weathered dimpling. If you desire a smoother finish on the interior, consider lining it with small mosaic tiles to compliment your room’s color palette. The extra mass on the back of the basin indicates that it was built into a wall with the wall being built around it.
